5 Minute Leg Workout // Compound Exercises for Lower Body Strength!

Thanks for joining me for this quick workout for the lower body! Compound exercises are used in this workout to get the most out of your 5 minutes. Each exercise is done for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest.

This is a great workout to do when you are short on time, as as add-on to another workout, or as a quick exercise "snack".

I'm using a set of 5 pound (2.2 kg) dumbbells. Please use a weight that is appropriate for you. If you are unsure please start lighter and increase your weights as you get stronger.

All moves are set to a timer of 50 seconds work with a 10 second break. Go at your own pace.
