Thanks for joining me for this peaceful full body barre workout. All exercises are low impact and there is no floor work. The first 30 minutes includes standing exercises for the upper and lower body. The last 10 minutes is seated abs and core strength and stretching . Perfect if you are uncomfortable getting on the floor.
