Improve your Strength & Mobility with this Standing Workout for Seniors & Beginners /// 41min
This is a great workout for increased range of motion and mobility with exercises for strength, posture and balance using light hand weights.
I'm using a set of light three pound dumbbells. This video is choreographed to use light weights. If you choose heavier weights, please make sure you can do the exercises safely and using your full range of motion.
Workout format:
-Warm up
-4 blocks -each block as two exercises that build upon each other. First we do the exercises without -weights, then we repeat the same two exercises with weights. Just do what you can :)
-Cool down
All exercises are standing and osteoporosis friendly
Make sure to have a chair nearby and wall space if possible.
