15 Minute Leg Workout // Weight Training for a Strong Lower Body /// 15min

Increase your leg strength with this lower body 15 minute workout! You'll need a chair to use as a base of support as well as to sit in (proper form assisted squats). There are no lunges! Also grab a pair of dumbbells. For reference, I'm using 8 pounds (3.5 kg).

Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest period in a superset formate. We do each exercise twice with the option to increase the intensity the second time.

Go at your own pace and please use dumbbells that are appropriate for you. It's okay to drop them to lighten your load as well. :)

Make sure you warm up before and stretch after this workout, they are not included in this video.
