15 Minute Arm Workout // Strength Training Super Sets for Beginners & Seniors /// 15min

Let's shape, strengthen and tone your upper body with this 15 minute strength training workout!

Please make sure you are warmed up first as this video does not include a warm up or cool down.

These exercises are osteoporosis friendly, there are no moves that include rounding or twisting your spine.

Grab a pair of dumbbells. For reference, I'm using 8 pounds (3.5 kg).

Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest period in a superset format. We do each exercise twice with the option to increase the intensity the second time.

Go at your own pace and please use dumbbells that are appropriate for you. It's okay to drop them to lighten your load as well. :)
