Barre Workout with Weights for Beginners & Seniors // Full Body & Stretch

Full body barre workout with a nice pace perfect for seniors and beginners. 37 minutes

After a dynamic warmup, we will work our lower body at the "Barre" using a chair or counter top for support and balance. There is lots of butt and thigh toning action here!

We will then sit in the chair to use light weights (dumbbells, soup cans, water bottles) for arm and shoulder strength and toning. If you prefer, you can perform these exercises in a standing position as well. I'm using 3 pounds in this video.

Finally, we complete the workout with abs in a seated position and full body stretching in the chair as well. This is great if you don't like to get on the floor to stretch.
