Chair Yoga for Upper Body // Mobility, Strength & Stretch! /// 22min

Thank you for joining me for this all upper body chair yoga class for mobility, strength and stretching. All exercises are performed in a seated position, are osteoporosis friendly and wheelchair friendly. I'm using a set of two pound (1kg) hand weights. The added resistance is completely optional. You could also use soup cans, water bottles or wrist weights or whatever you have on hand.

These exercises are perfect for improving your posture, and increasing your strength and flexibility, as well as helping reduce neck and shoulder pain.
