Low Impact HIIT // Full Body Workout Cardio, Strength & Stretching! /// 62min
Get ready for a great full body 1 hour workout! Here is the format:
1. 15 minutes low impact cardio - 45 seconds for each exercise. In the 15 second rest period you can choose to walk in place, take a break, or continue with the previous exercise. I'm going to the beat of the music, but please go at your own pace.
2. 15 minute lower body strength with dumbbells. For reference, I'm using 8 pounds (3.5 kg). You will need a chair for this section. The format is supersets. We will perform two different exercises twice. The second time there is an option to "level up" or increase the intensity of the exercise.
3. 15 minute upper body strength. Same superset format as lower body
4. 15 abs and stretching. We will conclude the workout on the mat with some abdominal work and stretches that will leave you feeling great.
I hope you enjoy this total body workout and are proud of yourself for completing an hour! All 4 sections will also be posted individually if you would like to do them individually.
